This meat slicer also includes a full 45° angle gravity feed product table with a 13″ chrome-plated carbon steel knife. The slicer’s removable carriage accommodates food up to 9.5″Wx7″H and creates slices that are 9/16″ thick. The manual slicer has a one-piece, anodized aluminum base with an anodized aluminum carriage and knife cover.
