The Halo Heat Display Case with a European Style Base is created to ensure the quality of your foods and look good doing so. Here’s a full-service stainless steel display case with a classic black exterior that’s six feet long, which is spacious enough for 5 full size hotel pans, 3 full size sheet pans, or many combinations of other pan sizes. The front of the case is formed of curved glass, and raises to a right angle so that cleaning is simplified. A rubber gasket edges the perimeter of the glass, defending it from cracking and damage. It’s brightened by two over head lighting zones, containing a total of 10 coated shatter proof bulbs. Each zone has its own power switch. Two features have been added to the front of the display case for safety and comfort’s sake. One is the front-mounted heat guard, shielding customers from the warmth of the case, and the other is a recyclable polycarbonate bumper, which is made almost entirely of pre-consumer recycled materials. The reverse side of the unit shows the thought given to the operator’s needs. A 10 inch x 60 inch work shelf is attached to the base. Access to the case for stocking, serving and cleaning is gained through removable sliding glass doors. The interior of these doors is mirrored, so that a reflection of the far side of what you’re serving is shown to the diners choosing their meals on the front of the case.
Halo Heat tranquilly rises from two heating zones in the base of the display. Because it’s a motionless heat, it doesn’t promote dehydration or the mixing of the flavors of your foods. Each heating zone is thermostatically controlled, with a setting range from 1 to 10, and an individual heat indicator light.
