The Bakers Pride® P24-BL HearthBake oven is a compact, countertop deck oven designed to deliver authentic baking performance with maximum efficiency. Measuring 26″ wide by 28″ deep by 17″ high, this unit features a brick-lined Cordierite hearth deck and ceiling that provide superior heat retention, reduced recovery times, and consistent, crispy crusts.
Built with a durable stainless steel exterior and a corrosion-resistant aluminized steel interior, the P24-BL is engineered for heavy-duty use while remaining easy to clean. Its independently controlled Incoloy heating elements on the top and bottom allow precise baking control, while the fully insulated construction minimizes heat loss and improves energy efficiency.
With a wide temperature range of 140°F to 550°F (60°C to 288°C) and a 60-minute timer with continuous-ring alarm and manual shut-off, this oven is ideal for pizzas, pretzels, flatbreads, and other baked goods. Mounted on adjustable 4-inch legs, it offers convenient countertop placement with space for easy cleaning beneath the unit.
