The roomy well fits 6 full size pans, of a combination of standard size pans. A recessed ledge offers support to the ends of the pans, while 7 divider bars create the support for the sides of the pans. The well’s interior features a drain with a gate valve and coved corners. A thermostatic control keeps your temperature below 41F. Placing the condenser on a swivel was a proactive idea which allows you to mount it on any of the 4 sides.
