The countertop steamer is an electric model that ships 208V, three phase, but is field convertible to 208V single phase or 240V single or three phase. The countertop steamer is made of stainless steel construction interior and exterior for long lasting durability. The boilerless steamer features solid sheathed tubular elements that is embedded in 1″ thick cast aluminum as well as a bottom that is sealed to pan. The boilerless steamer has a thermal transfer compound for even heat distribution and a generator pan with stamped water level line. A 60 minute timer and three controls makes the unit simple for operators and kitchen staff to use. Unit features (10) 1″D, (5) 2-1/2″D, or (3) 4″D pan capacity. 24″Wx33″ overall. 170 lbs.
