The Vollrath 3506 Stock Pot with Cover is suitable for heavy volume use to perform a number of kitchen tasks. The stock pot features a tall and narrow profile to preserve liquids and maximize flavor. The pot is impervious to acidic foods, making it immune to discoloring and pitting. This stock pot comes with a flat cover to retain moisture and capture heat for efficient cooking. The 27 qt pot comes with (2) reinforced handles to make transportation easy for the waitstaff. The 1/4″ thick aluminum-clad bottom provides fast and uniform heat distribution. To make this stainless steel pot induction-ready, a thin wafer is used at the bottom.
