The cabinet can hold up to (12) 18″x26″ pans on integrated slides, and a removable control drawer makes cleaning and maintenance easy. The insulated cabinet has a single clear polycarbonate door with a convenient 90° stay-open feature. The heated cabinet has a durable stainless steel interior and exterior, and it comes with four casters (two locking, two swiveling) for enhanced mobility.
