The Southbend 4721AA-5L is a 72″ commercial gas range featuring a combination of (3) non-clog burners on the front left, (2) Pyromax burners on the rear left, and (6) non-clog burners on the right. It includes two convection ovens with battery spark ignition and three racks per oven. The unit is equipped with a 22-1/2″ flue riser with a shelf, and is made with stainless steel front, sides, and shelf. With 6″ adjustable legs, the range delivers 441,000 BTU of cooking power and is CSA and NSF certified.
