Traulsen UHT48-LL Undercounter Refrigerator offers an ideal combination of storage space and refrigeration. This high-quality model with stainless steel exterior and anodized aluminum interior makes the unit a great choice for any commercial setup. It is easy to maintain and promises long-lasting, consistent results. Its heavy-duty construction makes the cabinet strong enough to withstand daily requirements of a commercial kitchen. This 48″ wide unit comes with 13.1 cu. ft. capacity of storage space. With a front breathing design, the unit comes with zero-clearance for installation and provides flexibility that lets you flush it against a wall or into the existing counter. Featuring two (2) swing doors which close themselves at less than 90° and stay open feature up to 105° it is easy to load and unload. There are two (2) powder-coated wire shelves mounted on pilasters inside each door for arranging dishes. Upper shelves can easily accommodate 18″x26″ sheet pans. Their Santoprene gaskets allow you to clean and maintain the unit easily. The cabinet doors have a foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation to ensure cold air retention throughout.
Traulsen’s Refrigerator model holds temperature from 34°F to 38°F for maximum food preservation. There is an interior thermometer to monitor and regulate temperature. The unit has 1/4 hp compressor and a front breathing, balanced refrigeration system which uses R134a refrigerant for smooth operations. For maximum air cooling, the refrigerator features capillary tube metering device, a non-electric condensate evaporator, and an evaporator coil. It requires 120V electrical connection and comes with 8′ cord and plug for installation. There are four (4) 4″ high casters for easy mobility around the kitchen.
