Featuring manual controls, a 107,000 BTU output, and durable stainless steel construction, this unit is built for high-volume cooking. Its adjustable 6″ legs allow for easy installation on uneven floors.
The graduated hot top has a 62,000 BTU burner with removable steel plates that can reach up to 900°F at the center. The standard oven is powered by a 45,000 BTU burner and offers a temperature range from 175°F to 550°F. It includes two racks with five adjustable positions and a spacious cooking chamber that can accommodate sheet pans. The oven’s interior is made of easy-to-clean porcelain enamel.
