Description
The Convotherm C4 ET 10.20ES is an electric combi oven made with stainless steel construction. The oven has three operating modes: steam, combi-steam, and hot air with extra functions including Crisp&Tasty, HumidityPro, and Controllable fan. Holds (10) 18″x26″ sheet pans or (2) 12″ x20″ x2.5″ steam table pans. EasyTouch techology features a 9″ full touch screen, automatic cooking with quick select buttons, and 339 cooking profiles each containing up to 20 steps. Boilerless technology utilizes steam that is generated by injection water into the cooking chamber. The model features a right hinged door where the door handle has a safety latch and slam function to keep functionality longer. Multi-point core temperature probe to ensure safe food temperatures as well as preheat and cool down functionality to increase efficiency. The oven also features fully-automatic cleaning with regular and express modes and optional single dose dispensing. Data storage for HACCP and pasteurization figures. USB port integrated in control panel. Requires 2″ clearance on each side. 46-7/8″W x 41-5/8″D x 43-5/8″H. Available in 208V
