Description

Here’s a Signature Server Classic non-refrigerated standard Cold Pan which has a stainless steel top well that accommodates 5 pans. The well is pitched to expedite draining. The base is also constructed of stainless steel, and exterior choices include brushed stainless steel or hundreds of laminate options. There’s also stainless steel corner trim. There’s a 1-1/2″ standard drain with the drain hose and valve on the operator’s side of the base. There’s also foamed-in place polyurethane insulation. The unit uses R134A refrigerant. The unit provides both mobility and stability with heavy-duty swivel casters with locking breaks.
