The equipment is fitted with a reliable conveyor mechanism whose speed can be regulated depending upon the toasting requirements. A desired color and texture of the bread can be achieved, thanks to the reflectors behind both sets of heating elements! The ColorGuard sensing system on this unit helps in monitoring and adjusting the conveyor speed and temperature, ensuring consistency in toasting. There is a probe located near the opening of the unit that monitors temperature levels to help the system sense any drop in temperature.

To accommodate lower temperature settings, the conveyor speed gets automatically reduced. The unit uses smart technology that ensures more consistency in batches of bread and other toasted products. It is capable of producing up to 840 slices of bread per hour when put on the highest setting. The easy load rack has front and rear options that allow easy discharge while the aluminum toast collector tray is there to prevent condensation. The power-saving, highly-efficient thermostat on this toaster effectively functions to save energy during off-hours. To ensure a cool surface area, the toaster has insulation and an interior fan installed on it.

Hatco TQ-800 boasts an efficient front or rear discharge design that allows the equipment to be placed where it can be used to send the product to the operator’s side or to the customer/server.
