Description
The XAVC-06FS-EPL is a ChefTop Plus Combi Oven by UNOX. This combi oven is electric powered and is compact enough to be placed on countertops. This product features stainless steel construction with a left-to-right opening glass door. It also includes a programmable menu and has a capacity for (6) full size sheet pans.
This oven comes equipped with lots of integrated technology. technology on this oven ensures that air and heat are evenly distributed throughout the cooking chamber. technology provides the oven dense steam for cooking which very accurate temperatures. technology extracts humidity from the chamber allowing for a dry environment to cook items in. The on-board technology allows for the oven to automatically adapt to different cooking applications. It does this by sensing and balancing the other three cooking technologies to provide a perfect cooking environment for a many different types of foods.
This oven also comes equipped with an automatic cleaning system.
