Extending the entire length of the unit, the True TSSU-60-16D-4-HC food prep table features an 11 3/4-inch-deep cutting board, providing ample space for the creation of salads and sandwiches. The top compartment is equipped with 16 sixth-size food pans made of clear polycarbonate, and it offers the flexibility to accommodate various pan configurations with the use of divider bars, which need to be purchased separately. Additional ingredients can be conveniently stored in the drawers located in the refrigerated base.
The operator can set the temperature in the base and around the ingredient pans, maintaining a range between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Cold air circulates effectively around the pans and drawers, ensuring consistent temperatures throughout the unit. The reverse condensing fan motor contributes to the efficient operation by cleaning the condensing coil of dirt and dust. Upon compressor startup, the fan initiates a 20-second self-cleaning cycle by blowing in reverse. Although this feature is automatic and self-cleaning, regular maintenance by employees is still recommended. Mounted on castors, the True TSSU-60-16D-4-HC prep table is mobile, and front locks are provided for stability. The unit boasts a robust stainless steel front, top, and ends, while the back is coated in corrosion-resistant Gal Fan.
