Internally, the reinforced stainless steel floor can withstand the weight of numerous milk cartons, and the walls are insulated with foamed polyurethane for structural integrity and optimal temperature retention. The black powder-coated steel frame enhances corrosion resistance.
Utilizing forced-air refrigeration, the True TMC-34-S-DS-HC maintains milk temperatures securely between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. The external digital readout provides users with a clear display of the temperature, ensuring adherence to food-safe standards. To minimize maintenance requirements, the sealed and self-lubricating evaporator fan contributes to operational efficiency. In the event of servicing needs, the condenser is easily accessible by sliding it out from the back.
Enhancing energy efficiency and reducing debris accumulation, the condensing fan motor employs a unique mechanism. For the initial 20 seconds when the compressor activates, it directs air in the opposite direction towards the condensing coil, facilitating debris removal. While this feature contributes to prolonged efficiency, routine preventive maintenance remains essential for monitoring the coil’s long-term operation.
