Count on the Winco ALXP-0609 Aluminum Sheet Pan to hold its shape in high oven temperatures during baking, roasting, or broiling. This heavy-duty open bead pan is also useful as a roasting pan. Pan is constructed of 3003 aluminum and features open bead edge, giving it an NSF certification.
