Designed to perform much of your volume preparation of vegetables, fruits and cheeses – this powerful attachment can be quickly mounted and used on your Univex planetary mixer or with our PM 91 and PM 91G PREPMATE power drive units. These labor saving attachments are portable and easily dismantled for cleaning.
