Description
The Garland SS684 Commercial Electric Range is designed for high volume cooking at a restaurant, hotel or dine-in. Its stainless steel exterior and porcelain interior assure a lasting performance. The 60″W commercial range includes ten (10) burners to prepare a variety of meals together. This unit has two (2) burner options – tubular and sealed. This range has five (5) small and five (5) large burners for user’s convenience. Each burner is controlled by an infinite switch that allows the users to cook each meal at its own temperature. The electric range includes a 10″H backsplash to protect walls from oil and grease splashes. It also has a black slotted angled cap positioned on top of the backsplash.
Garland Commercial Electric Range features two (2) full-sized ovens to bake and cook meals. These ovens have one (1) rack each that can be positioned into four (4) different positions. The ovens also have ribbed bases that allow the users to place a pan directly on the surface. The handles of ovens are cool-to-touch making it easy for the users to access them. This unit includes two (2) heavy-duty thermostats to regulate the oven temperature between 150°F and 550°F. The electric range has two (2) voltage options – 208V and 240V and two (2) phase options – single and three. The Garland commercial range stands on 6″ legs that can be adjusted for leveling it.
