The Metro C539-HDC-L C5 3 Series Full-Height Insulated Holding Cabinet comes with an adjustable digital thermostat that allows users to precisely choose temperatures from +80°F and +200°F. For further control, operators can utilize the control panel which is recessed for their protection. The insulated cabinet holds (17) 18″Wx26″D pans spaced in fixed 1-1/2″ increments on lip load slides. Whatever you store on the universal slides is easily visible through the cabinet’s two clear Dutch doors.
