The buffet table’s efficient refrigeration system combines a hot gas condensate system and side-mount compressor to maintain proper temps. The commercial buffet table has a durable stainless steel exterior and interior, as well as high-density polyurethane insulate to keep cold air in. Ergonomic doors with magnetic gaskets provide added convenience when stocking ingredients, and adjustable wire shelves keep you organized.
