It has a total output of 160,000 BTUs and comes with a 22-1/2″ flue riser with a shelf. Constructed with stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, along with 6″ adjustable legs, it’s built for durability and ease of maintenance. The range is CSA and NSF certified, ensuring reliability and compliance for professional kitchens.
