It’s made of stainless steel and designed to hold one 12 inch x 20 inch full size pan. The pan isn’t included. It’s 6-3/8 inch deep and holds 6 inch deep pans. The adjustable thermostatic control with a setting range of 1 to 10 and an indicator light keeps it in line with Alto-Shaam’s display cases, which are also thermostatically controlled.
