A stacked Halo Heat Slo Cook and Smoker Double Oven combines conventional slow cooked goodness with high tech electronic controls for impressive results. It’s made of heavy duty, 20 gauge stainless steel, so it’s tough enough to stand the test of time. Each of its two ovens has a capacity of 3 full size pans, or 7 sheet pans. The weight capacity for each oven is 120 lbs., or 240 lbs. for the overall unit. Two side racks, with two wire shelves and a possibility of 8 pan positions is also offered with each oven. Both ovens have magnetic door latches and rip pans with drains. Each also has a rib rack, and a probe for cooking meats to their exact desired temperature. A wood chip container is also supplied for each oven, and one sample bag each of Cherry, Apple, Maple and Hickory chips are provided with the unit. You may cook, roast, reheat, hold or smoke meats, poultry or fish with these ovens. You may also cold-smoke fish and cheese. Each oven has its own electronic controls with LED displays and indicator lights. A cooking temperature range of 200-325F and a holding temperature range of 60-205 are operated by these controls. The probes for each oven cover an internal temperature range of 50-195F. Eight programmable menu keys are provided for both top and bottom ovens for storing recipes and cooking instructions. The cooking timers have ranges of 1 minute to 24 hours, and the smoking timers have ranges of 1 minute to 1 hour.
