The prep table has a compact design that fits on most countertops, and it has a durable stainless steel interior and exterior. The prep table comes with (10) 1/6-size poly pans, which it can keep at temperature between 35°F and 38°F. It does this thanks to a side-mount compressor powered by eco-friendly R290 refrigerant.
