The Bakers Pride® ER-1-12-3836 is a single-deck electric oven from the ER Superdeck Series, designed for high-volume pizzerias, restaurants, and bakeries. It combines the durability and performance of Bakers Pride gas deck ovens with the low-maintenance convenience of electric heating.

This oven features a 12″ (305 mm) deck height and a 38″ × 36″ steel deck, providing generous baking space and consistent results. Independent U-shaped heating elements on the top and bottom ensure balanced heat and uniform performance. With 8,000 watts of power, available in multiple voltages and phases, this model offers flexibility for a wide range of kitchen setups.

The ER-1-12-3836 is built with a fully welded angle-iron frame, stainless-steel exterior, aluminized steel interior, and full insulation for energy efficiency and durability. Its stackable design allows up to three ovens high, enabling expanded production without increasing footprint.
