The Black Diamond BDGR-24 commercial gas range features four individually controlled burners and a backriser to direct heat to the hood vent. It also includes a standard oven with a spring-loaded door, porcelain-lined interior, and adjustable temperature range from 200 to 550 °F. The built-in shelf can hold additional equipment like salamanders or cheese melters.
