The Convotherm C4 ED 10.20GB is a Gas combi oven made with stainless steel construction. The oven has three operating modes: steam, combi-steam, and hot air with extra functions including Crisp&Tasty, HumidityPro, and Controllable fan. Holds (10) 18″x26″ sheet pans or (2) 12″ x20″ x2.5″ steam table pans. EasyDial technology features a center control unit, digital display, and 99 cooking profiles. The steamer model features a right hinged door where the door handle has a safety latch and slam function to keep functionality longer. Multi-point core temperature probe to ensure safe food temperatures as well as preheat and cool down functionality to increase efficiency. The oven also features semi-automatic cleaning. Data storage for HACCP and pasteurization figures. USB port integrated in control panel. Requires 2″ clearance on each side. Available in LP or Natural gas. 46-7/8″W x 43-5/8″H x 41-5/8″D.
