The Equipex FC601 is a half-size Sodir Ariel convection oven that bakes food quickly and consistently while sealing in flavor. Combining functionality with energy-efficiency, this single-deck electric oven is ideal for small kitchens with high baking demands to prepare multiple dishes in a limited time. The compact footprint of the single deck oven allows operators to install it anywhere in the kitchen without occupying too much space. Made of heavy-duty stainless steel, the oven is designed to withstand daily rigors in a commercial setting.
This convection oven features (1) door with cool-to-touch dual-glass window that helps prevent heat from escaping. The interior light maximizes visibility and allows operators to keep a check on food while it is being baked. The interior cavity includes (4) 13″x18″ chrome-plated wire shelves to prepare food in bulk. It can accommodate up to (4) half size sheet pans (not included). This convection oven comes equipped with a thermostat to regulate the temperature up to 570°F to ensure optimum cooking. The controls include a 120-minute timer to alert the users when food is thoroughly cooked.
The Equipex commercial oven boasts a unique air flow system for uniform and quick baking. The heating elements of this unit form hot air at the back while the rear fans circulate that heat around the cavity. The oven includes a NEMA 5-15P plug and requires a 120V, 60 Hz, 1-phase electrical connection for operation.
