This massive three sectionSandwich Prep Table with 18.3 cubic feet capacityis designed to make creating delicious sandwiches fast and easy byhaving all of your ingredients and condiments in one central location. This model is fully made of stainless steel, with with two sliding drawers and one section with a door. Its self-contained refrigeration is back-mounted, and the condenser slides out easily for cleaning and maintenance. The unit is insulated with 2.5 inch polyurethane. R-134A refrigerant is used. The air defrost is electrically timed. The door section has 2 epoxy coated wire shelves. The drawers are on low-friction bearing slides for simple opening and closing. Each drawer can hold two 1/2 size pans, or various combinations of other pan sizes. The drawer pans aren’t included with the table. Both the door and the drawers have rounded corners and recessed handles. Perimeter heaters prevent condensation on all of them. Each has a snap-in magnetic gasket which can be removed for cleaning. The work surface also has 1/2 inch polyurethane insulation. A 12 inch sanitary cutting board that’s 1/4″Deep is supplied with the unit. It can be removed and adjusted. The surface provides room for eighteen sanitary 1/6 size PVC pans, and a hinged lid to cover them. The table is placed on casters, and the front two have locking brakes.
