Sandwich Prep Tables offer the benefit of keeping your sandwich ingredients in the same area as your sandwich work surface. In the boisterous world of commercial kitchens, this can be a life-saver. It’s much faster than collecting ingredients for every sandwich would be, and much safer than running around a busy room with your arms full. This two section, two door model with 13 cubic feet of storage capacity is a strapping unit which will stand up to the test very well. Its exterior is made of 430 stainless steel, and the interior, along with the work surface, top lid and hood are all made of 304 stainless steel. It’s also insulated with 2.5 inch of polyurethane foam. The self-contained refrigeration is located in a removable side panel, and its condenser slides out to make maintenance and cleaning easier. R-134A refrigerant is used with the system. The air defrost function both is temperature initiated and terminated, so it defrosts when there’s a need, and stops when the need is met. The doors on this unit have frame heaters to prevent the formation of condensation. They also have a snap-in magnetic gasket which can be removed for cleaning and maintenance. Their recessed handles and rounded corners have a “decorator” appeal. Two epoxy coated shelves are supplied for each section, for a total of four shelves with this unit. Interior lighting has a safety-shield, which means accidental bumps don’t become accidental breaks. The prep area is insulated as well, with 1/2 inch of foam. A 12 inch x 1/4 inch sanitary cutting board is removable and adjustable. A dozen 1/6 size sanitary PVC pans come with the table. They can be lined single file across the top edge of the work surface, and the lid closes over them to ensure freshness. The temperature range of 33 to 41F is controlled by an analog thermostat. The table sits on swivel casters, and the two in front have locking brakes. Everest covers parts and labor with a 3 year warranty on parts & labor, 5 year warranty on electrical components, and 10 year warranty on the compressor.. Specifications
