This durable chrome plated deep fryer basket is compatible with 40 and 50 lb. floor fryers from Kratos, Value Series, and other popular brands of commercial floor fryers. It features a front hook design, easily fitting on fryer basket hangers to allow for easy draining of excess oil. Measuring 13.25″ x 6.5″ x 6″, this fryer basket has a plastic coated handle to promote safe operation. This basket is a direct replacement for the fryer basket that came with your Kratos 40 or 50 lb. commercial floor fryer. This replacement fry basket is compatible with popular commercial floor fryer models including the Kratos 29Y-010 and 29Y-011 fryers as well as Vulcan LG300 and LG400 fryers.
