Kratos ice machines are available in many configurations, including full and half dice output, and a range of production capacities. They are NSF and UL certified, meeting key standards for health and safety for use in commercial foodservice environments.
This kit includes a half-dice modular ice machine and storage bin. The ice machine has a daily production of 360 lbs. while the bin can hold up to 310 lbs.
