The double wall construction also promotes quick, efficient heating. This unit’s thermostatic control allows you to manage and adjust the temperature for both dispenser tubes. The easy glide design is non-stick for a smooth operation. Adjust-A-Fit diameter hand adjustment of 3 ¬ºÄù (83) allows flexibility for varying dish sizes. This model has a 25Äù(635) stacking height capacity. The all-welded construction increases durability while the stainless steel material is easy to clean and sanitize. All 4Äù swivel casters, 2 with brake, allow easy maneuverability. This model forced air design heats dishes evenly up to 150ÀöF in 90 minutes. Units include 2 ea. heat retaining covers.
