Featuring a 35-lb oil capacity and a tube-style heating system with three burners, this floor model fryer delivers a robust 60,000 BTU/Hr output for fast and consistent frying results. Its stainless steel tank and cabinet provide long-term durability while ensuring easy cleaning, even under heavy daily use.
Engineered with operator convenience in mind, the fryer is equipped with a full port drain valve for efficient oil removal and a built-in flue deflector to safely redirect exhaust away from the work area. It comes standard with two twin nickel-chrome wire baskets featuring blue plastic-coated handles that stay cool to the touch. A removable basket hanger further simplifies sanitation, while the 6-inch casters (two locking) allow for both stability during use and mobility during maintenance or cleaning.
For precise cooking control, the C-F35-LP includes a manual ignition system and an electro-mechanical thermostat adjustable from 200°F to 400°F.
