Description
The Shortening Shuttle® 01-SS-611-TL is a manual economy-series cooking oil waste carrier. This carrier is made of 0.10 thick aluminum in a periscope-like frame. Simply drain the waste grease from the fryer down into the mouth of the Shortening Shuttle® stand the carrier up, wheel the carrier to the dumpster, lift, and dump. There are no hoses, pumps, cranks, or levers to deal with: disposal of cooking oil doesn’t have to be hard or messy or expensive.
The Shortening Shuttle® features a heavy duty construction with double walled seams and deep weld penetration. Its perforated baffle screen prevents splashing in addition to catching large debris. The Polycarbonate handles at both ends are durable, easy to grip, and they help lessen heat transfer. The 611-TL was made for dumpsters shorter than 49.4 inches and fryer drains higher than 10″.Specifications
