The Southbend P36T-III Platinum Heavy Duty Induction Range is a 36″ electric unit that combines six 3,500-watt Ceran® glass hobs with a TruVection oven base for versatile cooking in commercial kitchens. The induction cooktops are equipped with LED power level indicators and feature an automatic shut-off for safety. Constructed from durable stainless steel, the unit also includes a 9-1/4″ deep front rail and 6″ adjustable stainless steel legs for easy customization of height. This model qualifies for Southbend’s Service First™ Program.
