The Southbend 4604AD-5L is a versatile 60″ gas range designed for high-performance cooking in commercial kitchens. This model features a combination of (3) non-clog burners on the front left, (2) Pyromax burners on the rear left, (2) star/sauté burners on the front right, and (2) non-clog burners on the rear right, offering a range of cooking options to meet the demands of any kitchen. It is equipped with both a standard oven and a convection oven, each with battery spark ignition, and includes (4) oven racks for increased capacity. The unit is built with stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, and it is supported by 6″ adjustable legs for easy leveling.
