Southbend 4601AA-5R Ultimate Restaurant Gas Range :
The Southbend 4601AA-5R is a 60″ ultimate restaurant gas range featuring (3) non-clog burners on the front right, (2) Pyromax burners on the rear right, and (4) non-clog burners on the left, all with standard grates and standing pilots. It includes (2) convection ovens, each with (3) racks and battery spark ignition. The range also has a 22-1/2″ flue riser with shelf, stainless steel front, sides, and shelf, and 6″ adjustable legs. It delivers 375,000 BTU and is CSA and NSF certified.
