This 60″ gas restaurant range is designed for high-performance commercial kitchens, featuring (3) star/sauté burners on the front right, (2) Pyromax burners on the rear right, and (4) star/sauté burners on the left side. It comes with a standing pilot system and two standard ovens with battery spark ignition, each oven including one rack. The unit includes a 22-1/2″ flue riser with shelf and is made from durable stainless steel for easy cleaning. With a total output of 401,000 BTUs, it is CSA and NSF certified.
