The Star GX20IG runs on a 208/240V/60Hz/13/15A/1-Ph electrical connection and includes a 6-foot cord and NEMA 6-20P.
Construction
This unit features a full stainless steel body and grooved top and bottom cast iron plates with 3/4″ splash guard. Removable stainless steel front grease trough helps keep the work area clean and sanitary. Heat-resistant front handles.
Controls
This model uses thermostatic temperature controls to maintain cooking temperatures between 175°F and 450°F.
Dimensions
This model measures 12-3/8″H x 29-3/4″W x 19-7/8″D overall in closed position, with (2) 10″W x 10″D cooking surfaces with independent top platens. Height when open is 23-3/8″. Accommodates products up to 3″ thick.
