The Traulsen TBC5-62 Undercounter Blast Chiller line makes it easy to safely cool hot foods fast. Simply place one of the three temperature probes in your food and start the automatic cycle, or select one of the preset options. The blast chiller features four convenient modes to make chilling easier, too. They include Standard Blast Chill, Speed, Energy Saving, and Delicate. The easy-to-use touchscreen display combines with built-in data storage and a USB port to make it simple to keep up with HACCP food safety records. Plus, the chiller is made of stainless steel and comes with five universal tray slides to hold five 18″x26″ pans.
