Description

The True STA1H-1S is a mobile heated cabinet designed for keeping baked and cooked food warm. It features a construction of stainless steel and aluminum to resist corrosion and dents, with polyurethane insulation in the walls for temperature retention. The cabinet is equipped with a stainless steel heating element that evenly heats the interior, while low-velocity fans circulate warm air. It has a manually operated vent on the top to control humidity and maintains temperatures between 140 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit.

The cabinet has a stainless steel door that stays open beyond 120 degrees for easy loading and unloading. When opened to less than 120 degrees, the door self-closes and features a comfortable metal handle. Bolt locks provide security and protect the contents. Magnetic gaskets on the door frame seal in warm air, and three PVC-coated wire shelves support the product inside. The cabinet is mobile with 5-inch-diameter castors, with the front set locking for stability.
