The Vollrath 97106 is a kitchen utility cart ideal for conveniently transporting dishes between the dining room and the kitchen in commercial foodservice setups. The medium-duty utility cart is a great choice for restaurants, grocery stores, and warehouses. It comes with (3) 20-gauge stainless steel shelves that can be easily maintained and are corrosion-resistant. The rimmed edges on the shelves are installed to secure dishes and prevent them from slipping over. The frame is made of chrome-plated tubular steel for maximum corrosion resistance and durability. It can transport weight for up to 500 lbs. A spacing of 10-1/2″ is provided between the shelves for easy storage of items. The flat top surface allows easy loading and unloading of items on the cart. The cart weighs 55 lbs and can be unassembled within minutes, making it easy to store when not in use.
