This Vollrath Double Soup Buffet Kit Includes:

Full-size adapter plate

Two (2) adapter rings

Two (2) 7-1/4″ Qt. (6.9 liters) vegetable insets

Two (2) hinged covers

Two (2) 4 oz. Kool Touch® ladles that provide a cool and comfortable grip with insulated coating that’s permanently bonded to the utensil to prevent it from slipping or peeling off. Fully functional up to 350°F.

NOTE: This kit does not include the chafer frame, water pan or fuel cups.
