Description
The Vulcan VCCB47 is a low profile charbroiler specifically designed for commercial kitchens. This efficient gas charbroiler has stainless steel sides, front, and top trim for corrosion-resistance. The stainless steel backsplash contains spills and protects the wall from stains and spots. The 46-1/4″ wide unit (8) char-radiants and burners made of heavy-duty cast iron to cook every meal with perfection. Each burner is controlled by an infinite heat control valve to prepare multiple dishes at the time without any flavor transfer. The 5-1/4″ wide cast iron diamond grates on the charbroiler can be reversed for leveled broiling position. Each broiler grate requires 14,500 BTU per hour for a powerful performance.
The countertop charbroiler has a standing pilot ignition system for easy start. This unit includes a full-width grease drawer that collects dripping oil and grease for easy clean-up. Each cooking grate has a cast-in grease trough to direct grease away from burners and avoid any flare-ups. The underburner deflector system directs the heat in upward direction to create a cool zone in the drip areas and grease drawer.
The Vulcan charbroiler has (4) 4″ adjustable legs to level the grill up to the desired height on a rough counter top. There is a 3/4″ rear gas connection and a convertible gas pressure regulator for LP service.
