Use the Winco ALPC-10 Elemental Aluminum Pot Cover for ALST-10, ALST-12, ALHP-12 to seal in heat and accelerate your cook times. An excellent addition to restaurants, catered events, and other commercial kitchens, this pot cover is made from high quality 30003 aluminum that will withstand high temperatures without warping.

Designed to fit snugly on the Winco ALST-10, ALST-12, ALHP-12 stock pots (sold separately), it creates a tight seal, perfect for bringing water to a boil, keeping soups and stews covered, and more. Thanks to its riveted handle, it allows for easy lifting or removal from the pot. To clean and maintain, this pot cover must be hand washed only.
